My guiding principlesGrasp the subject and the words will
follow. My first aim is to understand your business, identify who your
audience is and get a clear picture of what your story is.
I write from the reader's point of view. As an outsider I am
blessed with ignorance about you, your offerings and your jargon.
Give it bite: it's a noisy world out there, with many messages
competing for your customers' attention. Your story must stand out
and beg to be heard.
Words are not enough. In longer business communications, your story
needs structure and reasoning to make your arguments persuasive.

ignorant of his understanding." - Wordsworth, Biographia
